The One & Strong Alliance is a tapestry of social innovators dedicated to supporting and cultivating a community of birthworkers, including physicians, midwives, doulas, nurses, childbirth educators, lactation specialist and others all working together to inspire innovative initiatives that create social impact. It is our goal to provide culturally relevant resources utilizing evidenced-based practices that will affect a change in the knowledge and attitudes among women of color and improve their lives and the lives of their babies.
