The One & Strong Alliance is a tapestry of social innovators dedicated to supporting and cultivating a community of birthworkers, including physicians, midwives, doulas, nurses, childbirth educators, lactation specialist and other wellness practitioners all working together to inspire innovative initiatives that will make a strong social impact. It is our goal to provide culturally relevant resources that utilize evidenced-based practices to effect change in the knowledge, awareness and perspectives among women of color to improve their lives and the lives of their babies.
